- "From PA, lived here about a year. Had trouble concentrating and paying attention as a kid, and was treated for several years (late 1980s), but didn't like the medications. Having the same symptoms, so just wondering what my options are these days."

- Has anything been especially helpful to you regarding ADD so far?
- "Anything that's mentally stimulating/exciting. Things like seeing new places or immersing myself in a project. I recently tried Adderall, which pretty effectively puts me in an excited and interested state of mind, and seems better than anything I was prescribed as a kid 12+ years ago. So that's prompted me to look into treating ADD again, and seeing what's working for other people."
