I am encountering discrimination at work. Is there an Advocate I can contact via a non profit group?? I have already contacted EEOC. However, they will not do anything unless I get fired. My goal is to work through my disability and prove my employer wrong. They are not working with me very well and I need to be educated on my rights and what I should be doing to protect myself.
