“ It seems that a good portion of the group are beginners like me. Triathlon can be intimidating if you do not know where to start . This goup gives me the benefit of hearing the experience from others in the group and someone to 'show me the ropes' to make things less intimidating - which is good because I am a complete cycling newbie! ”
