I am a clinical neuropsychologist specializing in LD,ADD & ADHD who lives and works in Raleigh, NC.

Attention Deficit Disorder and Learning Disabilities are truly my life's work and passion as I am an ADD Adult and have raised an ADHD child to adulthood.

Our meeting will be a meet and greet combinded with life strategies to help with the problems of the day.
Not only am I intrestedin teaching strategeis but I am interested in learning from others and sharing effective life strategies.

We will share our lives with one another. We will have fun and we will make new friends!
Listen and laugh as we reveal those moments that we understand at our cellular level.

The ADD/ADHD Raleigh-Cary-Triangle Meet Up group will meet TWICE a month.
Come to one or both! You choose!

The first meeting will be held on the third Monday evening of each month- This is The ADD/ADHD *Newbie * Triangle Meet Up

- This meeting is open to any adult -18years and older - who is new to ADD/ADHD and wants a more intimate /support and skills set meeting

These are individuals who want clearer understanding and strategies for thier ADD/ADHD

The Second ADD/ADHD Raleigh-Cary -Triad Meet Up Group meets:

Will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm .

Our meetings are open to anyone who is ADD/ADHD or knows someone experiencing it.

We will share with one another the strategeis that we have developed, while we will set aside time within the meeting for strategies that the group is interested in learning.
