- Hello! I would love to learn more about ADD and how it can be treated (w/o medication, if possible).
- What do you like best about being ADD/ADHD? What would you say was your biggest challenge?

I like how passionate I am about certain things (my family says that I can be intense). This also can be the worst thing, because I tend to go on and on until my point is heard.
- What day of the week and time of day is best for you to get to a meetup?

I am pretty open, except for Mondays and Tuesdays. I live in Leander, I am not sure where the meetings are located, but I don't know if it would be possible for me to come every week.
- What type of topics would you like to focus on?

treatment of ADD, this is pretty much all that I can focus on right now. I would like to explore non-medication options first (like vitamins), but of course if that doesn't work I am up for anything at this point.
- Would a reminder phone call help you get to the meetings? If yes, let your organizer know when and what phone number to use?

- Do you have ADD/ADHD? How long have you known you have ADD/ADHD? What kind of social support do you have set up for yourself?

Yes, just a few weeks. I am still working to get a definate diagnosis, but my counselor and I both agree that I have it. I will take a paper test next week.
