“ its a great group as before we go into the discussion room, we have a cafe which does breakfast this breaks the ice for t he newcomers. In the discussion room, the weeks events are shared and strategies and coping skills are put in place for people to take on board and use if they wish too at 12.30 we have dinner which is freshly cooked in ourhealthy eating community cafe ”
