Introduction: Recently our lives have been about changing medicines and dosages and doctors and making adjustments to be more productive and successful. The ADD leads me off topic and then the OCD and hyperfocus engage to detour me from my assigned tasks.
Are you an adult with ADHD, a non-ADHD spouse, &/or a parent?: My current diagnosis includes ADD, OCD, Anxiety, and Sleep Apnea. I am the father of four, with two in college now and two more headed there soon. I am concerned how to model success to my family to avoid much of the negative impact.
